Hours of work

37.5 hours per week (hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role).

The Role

Overview

Do you have a passion for customer service? Due to substantial growth, Pure Retirement have an exciting opportunity to join a newly created Telephone Executive Team. We are looking for dedicated, positive and motivated people, to be the first point of contact for our advisers and represent our core values in every call and task.

Key Outputs

  • Handling all inbound calls and taking ownership for all the queries you take, finding the broker their correct point of contact and finding the right solution for our brokers by liaising with various departments throughout the business
  • Support broker enquiries through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring each broker has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the last
  • A good knowledge of the Equity Release industry, a good awareness of the market and our products.
  • Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations and outcomes are recorded
  • Comprehensive use of ForceManager and Artemis.
  • Maintain high professional standards at all times and abide by all quality requirements
  • Simultaneously deal with multiple cases and queries, voicemails and the other areas of the business.
  • Offer webchat support
  • Deal with all new registrations and support the Telephone BDMs with new registration and new appointments.
  • Liaise with the Distribution Relations teams to ensure advisers have the correct points of contact.

The Person

Overview

Due to continued growth we are looking for a passionate individual with a strong customer service background to join our successful team. We are looking for someone with excellent telephone skills who is able to offer a first class service to our advisers. Someone who is able to multi task using different platforms of communication. An organised individual who is able to manage their own time effectively and work confidently when completing admin tasks.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory

  • Proven track record in a similar role (Customer service advisor, inbound call handler, Telephone advisor)
  • Strong customer service background

Desirable

  • Financial Service experience
