Head of Intermediary Sales
Home based; national travel required
37.5 hours per week (hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role).
This is a fantastic opportunity to be instrumental in developing and leading a team of field-based BDMs in the equity release sector. You will coach, mentor and assist your team in identify new business opportunities. This role involves conducting face to face appointments with your team and helping to set the required standards. You will be expected to always represent Pure Retirement in a positive and professional manner and will be expected to ensure your team hit all their KPI's and targets.
You will also work extremely closely with other area of the distribution team, and you will be expected to help the telephone BDM team work effectively as possible with the field based team.
