We have the largest intermediary sales team within the Equity release market. Why? We aim to offer our customers the best support possible from initial enquiry to completion on our lifetime mortgages. We give you all the training and support to be able to focus on your customers experience, whether you are in a Business Development Manager, Telephone Business Development Manager, Relationship Manager or Telephony role within our sales team.

Customer Account Servicing

As our post-completions team, Servicing exist solely to continue to provide our trademark, gold-standard levels of service to both customers and advisers throughout the duration of the mortgage. Servicing also helps facilitate any changes and adaptations a client might need during the term of the plan such as porting and downsizing.
